Angel Drawing Posters and PrintsAngel drawing was one of the specialties of many classic artist like Michael Angelo and Da Vinci. Apart from the obvious religious framework these artists worked under, there is a certain appeal to the idea of sketching angels. The process of drawing an angel for a painting goes beyond the mere mechanics of putting lines, curves and making them look good with a combination of color and shades. It is more about capturing the innocence of the subject onto the canvas. Some angel sketches are very famous, if not by name, by sight. I believe learning to draw and paint involves more than just learning to draw and paint. It also involves educating ourselves about the art itself, and learning from other masters, their techniques, and whatever shapped their lives. The latter often gives us some clues as to what inspired them to paint their master pieces. And... if not for learning more about painting, paintings of angels can also be of grate ornamental value depending on your decore and taste. My wife is very fond of angel stuff, and she suggested I added a store with angel drawing posters in this site. I'm glad I did. Check them out. Enjoy.
